Michelle has performed alongside artists such as Mr. Vegas and Elephant Man and has worked with EDM DJ’s Pauly D, Aoki, Armin van Buuren and more. Behind her pint-sized frame, Michelle serves the curve with an electric movement style and sassiness to spare. Her sick dance moves, coupled with a down-to-earth, approachable attitude, make her a brilliant instructor. When she leads, she dances with pure heart and soul. Though her classes are a butt-kicking dose of intensity and sweat, her contagious, joyful spirit will have you laughing and singing along the whole time. When Michelle isn’t leading lit classes at ((305)), she’s hanging out with her two daughters and going to dance rehearsal around Boston.

305 Basics? Don't get it twisted, yo. Ain't no basic bitches in here. This class winds down the tempo a bit, but you're still sweating like crazy in this 55-minute non-stop workout. Ideal for beginners or those who are looking for a more moderately paced class, this cardio class has the same wild party energy of ((305)) Arms and ((305)) Legs, but teaches more movement fundamentals, so you can get into the ((305)) groove. We highly recommend this class to try out as your first.
