THE GRANOLA GRIND
It’s crunch time, people, and we don’t mean that kind. Meet Wisty: our quirkiest, most hippie, granola-crunching, open-minded instructor. Wisty is like Tinkerbell with a super high IQ…who also knows how to twerk. Originally from Japan, Wisty is an alumna of Interlochen Arts Academy and New World School of the Arts College in Miami, FL. Wisty is not only a crazy impressive dancer (with a strong background in modern), she’s a genius. People are like plants; if you’re not growing, you’re dying. So, Wisty dedicates her time and passion to mastering many arts. Does she play the accordion? F*ck yes, she does. Is she certified in Reiki, the ancient practice of healing through channeling energy? Well, obviously! Can she do acrobatics and stilting? Ummm…duh! This wizard is always learning, always evolving. Wisty knows that life is all about exploration, and her fun-loving, encouraging attitude makes her a wonderful instructor. You can’t help but smile in her class with her supportive, happy-as-hell attitude that’ll bring out your silliest side.
What to expect from her class: a fun-loving, hippie spirit that’ll make you feel as silly and free as a kid again.
Wisty A. instructs the following:
Dance your ass off to this power playlist featuring the latest hits of house, hip hop, and pop. You will feel like you’ve stepped into a Miami Beach nightclub with your friends as you lose yourself in the music. Work every inch of that piping hot body and leave drenched in sweat. Life is a party, why shouldn’t your workout feel like one, too?
**All classes are 55-minutes and consist of a warm-up and cool down. Unless otherwise specified, all classes are ((305)) Original classes.
305 Basics? Don't get it twisted, yo. Ain't no basic bitches in here. This class winds down the tempo a bit, but you're still sweating like crazy in this 55-minute non-stop workout. Ideal for beginners or those who are looking for a more moderately paced class, this cardio class has the same wild party energy of ((305)) Arms and ((305)) Legs, but teaches more movement fundamentals, so you can get into the ((305)) groove. We highly recommend this class to try out as your first.
